These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) are entered into between you and Shripi (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). They govern your use of the Shripi Chrome extension and this website. By installing the extension, visiting the website, or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms.

Description of Service

Shripi is a Chrome extension that captures HTTP/HTTPS API requests from browser tabs, allows redaction of sensitive data, and supports export in various formats. Access to certain features may require a paid subscription or one-time license as described on our Pricing page.

Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. By using our services, you represent that you meet these requirements and that you will use the product in compliance with all applicable laws.

License and Use

Subject to these Terms and your payment (where required), we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the extension for your personal or internal business use. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, distribute, or create derivative works except as permitted by law. You are responsible for ensuring that your use (including capture and export of request data) does not violate any third-party rights or applicable policies (e.g., employer or service terms).

Subscriptions and Payments

Subscription plans (e.g., monthly, yearly) and one-time purchases (e.g., lifetime) are as described on the Pricing page. Fees are charged in advance. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel before the next billing date to avoid further charges. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

Order Processing

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Your Data and Privacy

Your use of the extension and website is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the data you capture and export and for complying with any applicable data protection or confidentiality obligations.

Disclaimers

The extension and website are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we and our affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or use, arising from your use of the extension or website. Our total liability for any claims related to these Terms or the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Termination
